You know those people that you meet in life, and you just love them? Jeni is one of those people. We met when we were seventeen, and have been friends ever since. Here we are ten years later, and I was so excited to get an email from her letting me know she is getting married! I feel so lucky to be working with her and her fiance, Jake. They are such a cute couple, and have such a good time together. I think 90% of the time I was laughing at something one of them said, because they have this amazing chemistry together and are just so. darn. funny.
Jake and Jeni chose Park City for their engagements, because they both are big into skiing and love the fun memories they have collected there over the many trips up the ski lifts and down the slopes. We were hoping to find a way to incorporate the ski lifts, and even though they weren’t open for the summer rides yet, we still were able to snag a few photos with them. As the sun was setting we headed over to this big, green, open field that just looked perfect. I hard a hard time deciding if I love the downtown photos or the nature backdrop more, it was a really tough call. In the end, I loved them all and tried my best to narrow down my faves. Jeni and Jake, thank you so much again for such a wonderful evening! You two are meant for each other, and I am absolutely thrilled to be your photographer. I hope you enjoy your photos, and I look forward to working with you both again soon!
